We're looking for a Product Development Engineer to drive the design, development, and validation of innovative electromechanical products. You'll work across the full product lifecycle—from concept to manufacture—collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Design parts, assemblies, and systems using CAD tools (SolidWorks or similar).
  • Build and test prototypes with a focus on manufacturability, safety, and repairability.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation (CAD files, BOMs, wiring diagrams, manuals).
  • Identify suppliers and cost‑effective production routes.
  • Develop test plans, QA/QC procedures, and safety validation protocols.
  • Lead FMEA and risk analysis activities to improve product reliability.
  • Support product development projects to meet time, cost, and quality goals.
What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
  • Hands‑on experience designing and manufacturing electromechanical devices.
  • Proficiency in 3D CAD software (SolidWorks preferred).
  • Strong documentation skills (specs, schematics, wiring diagrams, work instructions).
  • A practical, flexible, and self‑motivated approach—comfortable in a fast‑paced start‑up environment.
Bonus Points For
  • Experience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA).
  • Knowledge of FMEA and technical risk management.
  • Familiarity with product safety testing and QA standards.
  • Experience working with suppliers and manufacturing partners.
