An educational charity organization in Quernmore is seeking a Product Development Lead to manage innovative qualifications and resources. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability in compliance and team management, alongside excellency in communication and ICT skills. Starting Salary: £25,010 per annum
Job Type: Permanent
Working pattern: 35 hours per week. Monday-Thursday in our Head Office in Lancaster, work from home on Fridays (flexible working options will be considered)
In this pivotal role, you will lead and coordinate activities within a dynamic product development team, working alongside colleagues at all levels to support and ensure delivery of innovative qualifications, assessments and resources. You’ll collaborate across the organisation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, maintain accurate qualification data, and drive the development and implementation of high-quality solutions, including e-Assessment. As part of your responsibilities, you will provide effective line management, supporting and developing team members to achieve their full potential.
