Job summary

Mamas & Papas is seeking a hands-on Product Development Coordinator to drive concept-to-production projects, ensuring cost and timelines are met. You will manage the development critical path, coordinate meetings, and handle samples for review, showroom and launch activities.

You will work with Marketing, Creative, Technical and Quality teams, maintain accurate product data, and support supplier onboarding.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Design/Creative/Retail.
• Min 1–2 years in product development, design or merchandising support.
• Strong eye for brand identity and customer focus.
• Good grasp of retail margins and cost breakdowns.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain product development critical path and milestones.
• Coordinate development meetings, provide updates and actions.
• Handle product samples for review, showroom and launch.
• Create detailed briefs for Marketing & Creative teams.
• Support identification of commercial opportunities and briefs.
• Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis.
• Collaborate with Technical and Quality teams on safety and quality.
• Manage supplier relationships and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate product data across systems.
• Coordinate end-to-end sample development and feedback.
• Manage development costings, quotations and lead times.
