PerfectTed in London is seeking a Product Developer to lead the innovation, formulation, and optimisation of our powdered and ready-to-drink products, including matcha blends and beverages.

You will own the journey from idea to launch, run trials, tackle technical challenges, and ensure taste, function and stability at scale across formats.

This is a hands-on, fast-paced role in a high-growth environment, offering a competitive salary and EMI options as we build the world's biggest matcha brand.

Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Chemistry, or related field.
• 3+ years in food or beverage product development (powders or liquids).
• Experience with matcha, tea, or botanicals preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead innovation, formulation and optimisation across powder blends and beverages.
• Run trials, solve technical challenges, ensure taste and stability.
• Collaborate with NPD, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
• Support scale-up from bench to commercial production.
