We are seeking an experienced Product Developer - Oracle HCM to support key change initiatives and BAU activities within Oracle HCM. This role plays a crucial role in configuration and delivery of change items, BAU processes and ticket resolution for our employees to enhance and improve our core HR system.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the configuration within Oracle HCM following an approved change request across multiple HR modules, supporting the business with art of the possible when it comes to technology support and working closely with our IT teams where applicable.
