Job summary

Tagged Resources Ltd in the United Kingdom is seeking an Assistant Product Developer / Garment Technologist to join a growing streetwear brand. You will support technical aspects of product development, manage critical path, and liaise with overseas suppliers to keep samples, costs, and timelines on track.

You will conduct fit sessions, provide technical feedback, perform fabric and garment tests, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensuring all aspects of the critical path are maintained and that the product development process is smooth, ensuring ex-factory dates are kept to.
• Controlling all seal samples stages and ensuring they are all done within the critical path timeframe.
• Chasing factories for anything needed, cost prices, samples etc.
• Conducting fit session on all samples with the wider team. Ensuring everything is measured and all comments made are communicated with factories
• Sending clear and concise technical and structural comments to suppliers, again keeping to critical path timelines
• Testing and analysing all product, whether its fabric or garment testing and QC
• Ensuring compliance with regulations, product safety and legislations

Due to the rapid growth of the business and the desire to stay ahead of competition, we are looking to enhance the overall technical aspects of our product.

Main roles and responsibilities

• Ensuring all aspects of the critical path are maintained and that the product development process is smooth, ensuring ex-factory dates are kept to
• Controlling all seal samples stages and ensuring they are all done within the critical path timeframe
