Product (UX) Designer - Exeter - Hybrid - £40,000 - £60,000 - SaaS

A fast-growing SaaS provider for critical infrastructure is expanding its product team. As UX Designer, you will shape the user experience across a complex SaaS platform, improving usability, simplifying workflows, and using research to drive continuous improvement. You ll work closely with the Head of Product and have significant influence over how UX is defined and delivered.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead UX strategy and execution for a high-usage SaaS product
• Design user journeys, wireframes, interface components, and interaction models
• Analyse product data and user behaviour to inform design decisions
• Partner with Product to define requirements, success metrics, and solutions
• Champion user‑centred design across the product lifecycle
• Collaborate with Support, Sales, and Customer Success to prioritise pain points
• Work with Engineering to ensure feasibility and high-quality delivery
• Balance user value, technical constraints, and business objectives
• Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and boost adoption and satisfaction

Requirements
