Kooth PLC are on a mission to use technology as a way to remove any barriers that could prevent someone accessing the mental health support that they need. At Kooth, we create a welcoming space for effective personalised digital mental health care. Kooth is available to over 7.8 million users, who are able to go online and access effective therapy and wellbeing support by speaking to qualified counsellors to manage their mental health in a safe and anonymous way.
Kooth is the longest established digital mental health provider in the UK but became the first digital mental health company to list on the London Stock Exchange in 2020, so now is a great to join and help us support more people towards better mental health.
At Kooth, our sole purpose is to create easy to access online mental health services that work alongside you to provide compassionate and effective support. To achieve this, we continually strive to build and deliver a product that preserves anonymity and autonomy and removes the barrier of stigma and barriers to access. Accessibility is at the heart of our product design and clinical delivery.
Our values have been built by our Kooth communities and our employees and are at the heart of everything we do.

You are a detail-oriented and multi-skilled Product Designer, bringing a solid understanding of user experience, visual design and prototyping.
You’ll be responsible for creating engaging user experiences that meet the product requirements whilst championing the voice of our service users. You’ll bring these experiences to life by creating visually appealing, user-friendly and accessible interfaces. Underpinning all of this will be a foundation of user research, evidence you’ll have gained by working with our User Research team or by conducting user research yourself.
You will have a general understanding or interest in who our users are, their needs, and how to deliver experiences that are appropriate for the mental wellbeing space. You are curious about the real world contexts in which our service is used, and will strive to improve the lives of our users alongside the rest of the business.
To support Kooth’s vision of providing an easy access online mental health service to all, the team aims to translate the needs of our users into an accessible, safe and valuable product experience.
