A dynamic property technology firm based in Manchester is seeking a Product Designer to join its product team. The role involves collaborating closely with PMs and engineers to enhance user experiences for estate agents through design. Candidates should possess around 3 years of Product/UX design experience, be proficient in Figma, and be comfortable with user engagement. A hybrid working model is offered along with unique perks aimed at personal and professional development.

Competenze

• Around 3 years of Product/UX Design experience, preferably in SaaS or complex products.
• Fluent in Figma and capable of managing design systems.
• Proficient in user research and usability testing.
• Ability to articulate design decisions to stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Partner with PMs and Engineers to shape the product roadmap.
• Conduct user calls or field visits to identify pain points.
• Create both low-fi sketches and high-fidelity prototypes.
• Facilitate workshops for research synthesis and ideation.
