A leading veterinary organization in the UK is seeking a mid-level designer to drive design initiatives within a remote-first pet health team. This role involves conducting user research, crafting user-centered solutions, and collaborating across various departments. Ideal candidates will have strong UX/UI skills and experience with Figma. This mid‑level role, supported by the Principal Designer, will drive design within their squad and collaborate across Product, Design and Engineering. They will use foundations of discovery and data‑driven delivery to build solutions that get Pet Health Club members engaging with us in new ways and help our clinic professionals deliver healthier outcomes to more pets. The technology teams operate from digital hubs in London, Bristol, Stockholm and Porto, and we are a remote‑first team working together to shape a new era in pet health. We are backed by some of the world’s leading investment groups and have operations in the UK, Europe and North America.
Reporting directly to Kieron‑Scott Woodhouse (Head of Design, Clinics), this is a key role within our newly formed Care Delivery Team. This team will be primarily accountable for ensuring our medical practitioners are able to serve their patients in an efficient and effective manner, ensuring a high quality of care throughout the journey. The team will collaborate with other teams in the clinic space, focusing on other aspects of medical care, receptionist experience, practice manager needs, central operations and more.
