Overview

Affinity Workforce Solutions are working in partnership with a school in central Bristol who are looking for a full time Product Design Teacher.

The successful candidate must have Qualified Teacher Status, experience in a UK school and promote creativity and independence in the students at this school. The role includes teaching Product Design to KS3 and KS4 students, as well as Food Technology. The individual must have a positive mindset and be a role model to these students.

Responsibilities
  • Teaching Product Design to KS3 and KS4 students, and Food Technology.
  • Promoting creativity and independence in students.
  • Being a positive role model for students.
  • Supporting the KS3 and KS4 curriculum with confidence.
  • Supporting children in all aspects of the curriculum and working with a range of additional needs.
  • Working as part of a team, using initiative and maintaining a positive approach.
Working pattern
  • Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 3:30pm.
  • The pay scale is MPS1 - UPS3. There is potential for permanent appointment if successful.
