Great opportunity to join an industry leading company based near Dawlish, Devon.

The Role
  • Designing products that are highly commercial, and designed for volume sales, typically upholstered beds, cabinets and chairs.
  • Creating final visuals for both in house and customer presentation.
  • Design & Development through sketching and CAD modelling and rendering.
  • Travel to customer sites – biggest client is in High Wycombe – 1x per quarter.
  • Hold product presentations online, as a lot of customers are up north.
  • Clear and precise communications via emails, Teams, etc between factories, colleagues & customers.
The Person
  • High level of creativity and visual communication skills.
  • BSc in Product Design or similar.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D SolidWorks or similar.
  • Some knowledge of manufacturing processes.
  • Huge attention to detail, and meticulous working practices.
  • Knowledge of Photoshop would be great.
