Talent Guardian is working with a premium design‑led manufacturer near to Stevenage to recruit a Product Design Engineer with a passion for combining creativity, engineering expertise, and commercial awareness. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll take concepts from brief through to fully developed designs, applying both innovative thinking and a deep understanding of manufacturing processes. Working closely with UK and overseas teams, you’ll develop stylish, functional, and high‑quality products that stand out in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver product design and engineering solutions from initial brief through concept and detail design stages.
• Generate innovative, consumer‑focused design and mechanical solutions to engineering challenges.
• Collaborate with industrial designers to integrate creative vision with functional requirements.
• Identify appropriate manufacturing processes and materials during concept development.
