Product Delivery Leader Controls is responsible for ensuring the timely delivery of control systems and related products to internal and external stakeholders, aligned with business and customer expectations. The Product Delivery Leader manages a global team of Product Delivery Managers and collaborates closely with Project Delivery, Product Management, Sales, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other functions to resolve delivery challenges.

As a Product Delivery Leader, you will be responsible for:

• Ensuring on-time delivery according to contractual dates.
• Owning the financial performance of products, including revenue, costs, and volume.
• Executing strategies for safety stock and early releases.
• Managing product costs within budget, tracking ITO costs versus actuals, and reporting variances.
• Managing delivery risks related to timing, suppliers, and manufacturing.
• Driving quarterly financial performance to meet targets.
• Providing timely updates to project teams.
• Managing a team of Product Delivery Managers.
• Fostering collaboration across departments and stakeholders for efficient execution.
• Contributing to tender and S&OP processes.
• Driving product efficiency improvements.
