What you'll be doing as the Product Delivery Coordinator:

Working at the heart of major customer and operational change initiatives, you'll coordinate delivery across multiple Agile product teams, ensuring plans stay on track and business outcomes are achieved. You'll be the critical link between delivery teams, providing visibility of progress, managing dependencies, identifying risks and helping teams resolve issues quickly to maintain delivery momentum. Your work will directly contribute to improvements in both customer and agent experience, helping us deliver meaningful change across Thames Water.

  • Manage and maintain proactive rolling planning across multiple product teams.
  • Identify and manage key risks, dependencies and inter-team impacts.
  • Provide clear visibility of upcoming changes and delivery milestones.

  • Act as a key point of contact for Product Owner and Business Readiness regarding planning and delivery activities.
  • Build strong relationships across Product, Technology, Business Readiness and operational teams.
  • Escalate issues appropriately and facilitate timely resolution.
  • Positively challenge stakeholders and delivery approaches to drive better outcomes and minimise risks.

  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, business change or programme delivery activities.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience coordinating delivery across multiple teams, workstreams or Agile product squads.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience driving improvements and influencing positive change within delivery, project or Agile environments.
  • Proven ability to challenge constructively and influence stakeholders to achieve better outcomes.
  • Experience working independently, taking ownership and operating effectively in a fast-paced environment.
