Product & Customer Marketing Specialist – Adthena
As a key member of the marketing team, you will drive go‑to‑market execution, product launches, and sales enablement to grow Adthena’s global Search Intelligence platform.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end go‑to‑market process for a portfolio of products.
- Track and report on post‑launch metrics.
- Create collaterals (sales enablement slides, one‑pagers, explainer videos) based on product briefs and market research.
- Maintain a unified view of product release timelines and key milestones.
- Identify which customers will be impacted by launches and develop targeted messaging.
- Run monthly enablement training with decks, recordings and enablement materials.
- Collaborate with new business teams (AE/BDR/Agency/Growth Marketing) to enable them to sell new features or products.
- Provide collateral (one‑pagers, positioning scripts) to enhance pitches.
- Conduct market and competitor research to inform positioning.
- Stay on top of industry news and be an in‑house PPC expert.
- Contribute to thought leadership, case studies, in‑app product announcements and other marketing projects.
- Review content and contribute to the content strategy for the website and other marketing initiatives.
Qualifications
- Strong domain expertise with a background in PPC agency work.
- Product marketing experience (preferred but can be coached).
- Commercial or enablement mindset; able to balance strategic and tactical work.
- Collaborative working style with product, data, design, sales and customer success teams.
- Excellent written and visual storytelling skills.
- Attention to detail and technical accuracy in marketing materials.
- Growth mindset and proactive self‑learning.
- Experience in fast‑paced startup or agency environments.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and Gemini for content creation.
- Curiosity for AI, PPC and marketing technology trends.
