Job summary

Univar Solutions in Widnes is hiring a Product Coordinator to provide maternity cover for up to 12 months. You will manage your supplier portfolio, ensure product availability and keep pricing and product information up to date to support profitable sales.

You will collaborate with European Product Managers, sales teams and stock controllers to forecast demand, set selling schedules and chase continuous improvement across the portfolio.

Qualifications

• Experience with data manipulation and working with numbers.
• Excellent rapport building and negotiation skills.
• Organised self-starter with desire to develop.

Responsibilities

• Manage own suppliers and coordinate with European Product Managers.
• Ensure product availability, accurate pricing and up-to-date information.
• Contribute to annual targets and budgets; support gross margin optimization.
• Collaborate with EPMs and sales to maximise opportunities.
• Set up and update selling schedules; coordinate forecasts with stock controllers.
• Address aged stock and drive continuous improvement.
