Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a compliance program for all products
• Build and manage a supplier audit plan
• Oversee a team member in the compliance department
• Conduct ethical audits of factories to ensure standards
• Liaise with factories to resolve noncompliance issues
• Track auditing programme regularly
• Ensure compliance with FSC, GRS, and GOTS certifications
• Maintain documentation for regulatory inspections
