ABOUT TRG

Track Record Global (TRG) are experts in product compliance and natural material supply chain assessments, verifying that the legislation in place to protect consumers and the environment is adhered to as well as ensuring that the environmental claims made by our clients are traceable.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for a Product Compliance Assessor to review retail product documentation ensuring our clients are only selling products that meet legal and safety requirements. You must be detail oriented, possess reasonable decision making skills and to have the flexibility to work on different tasks as required. Joining a supportive team, you will need to bring a positive and engaging attitude in order to work with colleagues solving problems and navigating an ever changing regulatory environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:

  • Reviewing product documentation to ensure it meets set requirements and within given validity periods.
  • Providing feedback where the documentation has not met the required standards and engaging with stakeholders to help them understand what is needed.
  • Offer engagement and training support via email and telephone to ensure deadlines are being worked to.
  • Support our client management teams internally and externally when required.
  • Have a proactive approach to problem solving and put forward ideas to improve on the service we provide our clients.
  • Be open and willing to train on other similar service types if required to meet business needs.
