Are you passionate about healthcare innovation and love empowering others through training? We're looking for a dynamic Product & Application Trainer to join a growing team and help shape the future of clinical education across UK hospitals.
This role is great for someone seeking a move from a clinical background, ideally with an overview understanding of endoscopic procedures / equipment and the operating theatre environment (scrub nurse or similar).
Job status - Permanent / Full Time (40 hrs per week / Monday to Friday)
Location - London / South London, ideally within the M25 or in the immediate surrounding area.
You’ll be on the move, visiting hospitals, theatre departments, and healthcare facilities across the UK. This is a field-based role with regular travel and overnight stays.
What you’ll do
- Deliver engaging post-installation training to healthcare professionals.
- Ensure users are confident and competent with advanced endoscopic technologies—especially flexible scopes.
- Collaborate with hospital staff to design and deliver tailored training programmes.
- Use a variety of teaching tools—from handbooks to visual aids—to make learning impactful.
- Keep your knowledge sharp through continuous professional development.
- Maintain accurate training documentation and support internal training processes.
Desired Background
- A-Level education or equivalent.
- Experience in operating theatre environments, nursing, or medical engineering (preferred but not essential).
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal.
- Proven ability to organise time and resources effectively.
- Confidence using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- A proactive, calm, and courteous approach to customer interactions.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Manual handling is part of the daily routine.
- You’ll need to uphold Health & Safety and Quality standards.
