About the team

The Cleared Derivatives Product team are a group of Product owners and Business Systems Analysts responsible for our Middle and Back-office applications in the Cleared Derivatives space.

The team is responsible for working closely with Exchanges and CCPs to ensure our products remain compliant with industry changes and with Development teams to ensure the changes and the associated requirements are clear and delivered on time.

The team is also responsible for product enhancements, working closely with the Solution teams to create Product Roadmaps and drive the development cycle.

What you will be doing
  • Working with assigned Exchanges, Clearing Houses and/or functional areas to understand the impact of upcoming industry Developments on our Back Office applications
  • Documenting requirements for upcoming changes and working with development teams to produce estimates and product roadmaps
  • Ensure that all necessary test documentation is in place and that all quality gates are passed
  • Draft Customer Service bulletins to outline product changes and enhancements
  • Represent FIS on industry working groups for assigned Exchanges and CCP’s
What you bring
  • Bachelor’s degree and five years of related work experience
  • Strong Industry Knowledge in the Cleared Derivatives space, covering both Exchange Traded Derivatives and Cleared OTC products
  • Strong knowledge of the regulatory landscape and upcoming changes
  • Strong knowledge of Back-office applications, preferably knowledge of GMI and/or UBIX and FIS CD Books and Records Manager
  • Strong communication skills with proven ability to communicate effectively with Internal Stakeholders, Exchanges and Industry Bodies and Clients
  • Self-motivated with strong work ethic
  • Excellent analytical skills

Added bonus if you have:

  • Project Management experience and/or certifications
  • Experience with agile delivery
