Job summary

Hunter Bond is seeking a skilled Product/Business Analyst to enhance processes and workflows in the Front Office Interest Rate Derivatives space in London. You will collaborate with Trading and Trade Execution Support to document requirements, capture tacit knowledge, and translate business needs into deliverable components.

A strategic thinker is required to bridge business needs with technical delivery. The ideal candidate will have a BA/PA background with strong IRD experience and familiarity

Qualifications

• Experience as Product Analyst or Business Analyst in financial services.
• Strong knowledge of Interest Rate Derivatives and related product structures.
• Desirable exposure to Power BI, Python or SQL for data analysis.
• Experience handling large data sets and extracting actionable insights.

Our leading Banking client are looking for a talented and motivated individual to improve the processes and workflows in the Front Office Interest Rate Derivatives space. You'll work alongside Trading and Trade Execution Support to elicit and document functional and non-functional requirements, uncover tacit knowledge, and breakdown complex business requirements into smaller, actionable components.

You'll possess a strong understanding of product structures, participant roles, business functions, and operational processes. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical delivery. A brilliant opportunity!

The following skills / experience is required:

• Product Analyst / Business Analyst background
• Strong experience with Interest Rate Derivatives
