Job Description

Join our Strategy, Product and Marketing team at L&G Asset Management, where we design and deliver client‑focused investment products that drive sustainable growth. This is an exciting opportunity to support the Public Markets Product team in managing the end‑to‑end product lifecycle across a diverse range of investment vehicles. Full training will be provided, making this an excellent role for someone eager to learn and develop in the asset management industry.

What you’ll be doing:

• Supporting the design and delivery of new products and share‑class launches across multiple investment vehicles
• Assisting with project management activities and maintaining accurate product documentation
• Contributing to product governance processes and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards
• Participating in product reviews to assess commercial viability and identify opportunities for improvement
• Developing technical knowledge of product structures, regulations and operational requirements
• Engaging with operational teams and service providers to ensure smooth product implementation
• Analysing competitor and market insights to inform product strategy and enhancements
• Building strong internal and external relationships to support product development and management

Qualifications

Who we’re looking for:

• Degree‑qualified or equivalent experience
• Interest in asset management and a strong desire to learn and grow within the industry
• Good organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct research and present findings clearly
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Comfortable working with large datasets and refining data for analysis
• Collaborative approach with a proactive and inclusive attitude to teamwork
