Job summary

Задачи:

• Lead deep-dive analysis across customer funnels and journeys to identify opportunities to improve conversion, engagement, and retention;
• Own the design, execution, and evaluation of A/B tests and experimentation frameworks;
• Identify growth opportunities and influence prioritisation through data-led recommendations and experiments;
• Translate complex data into clear narratives for technical and non-technical audiences, including leadership;
• Partner with Product Managers and senior stakeholders to define product strategy through data, set success metrics, and evaluate performance;
• Build and evolve dashboards, reporting, and self-serve analytics capabilities across product teams;
• Mentor and support junior analysts and contribute to analytical best practices.

Требования:

• Structure ambiguous problems and translate data into actionable insight;
• Apply statistics, hypothesis testing, and experimental design in product environments;
• Advanced SQL skills;
• Strong experience with Python, including pandas and NumPy, for large-scale data analysis;
• Lead A/B testing programmes and influence product decisions through experimentation;
• Significant experience analysing customer behaviour within digital products or e-commerce platforms;
• Use data visualisation tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker for storytelling and stakeholder impact;
• Work closely with Product teams and influence senior stakeholders or leadership teams.
