Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a hands-on Producer/Project Manager to own end-to-end delivery of multi-channel creative projects within an in-house studio setting in London. You will oversee briefs, timelines, budgets and cross-functional production teams to ensure assets are on brand, on time and on budget.

You will work closely with Brand, Channel leads and Creative Studio to manage schedules, risks and approvals, while maintaining strong stakeholder communication and adherence to structured processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a Producer/Project Manager role in-house or agency or production environment.
  • Solid understanding of creative and production processes.
  • Experience delivering multi-channel creative projects with Creative teams.
  • Strong project management: timelines, budgets and dependencies.
  • Comfortable with senior stakeholders and complex organisations.
  • Experience in structured, regulated environments.

Responsibilities

  • Own delivery of assigned projects from briefs to final asset delivery on brand, on time and on budget.
  • Coordinate asset production across film, photography, motion, digital, social, print and physical outputs.
  • Manage costs with third-party production partners when required.
  • Translate briefs into delivery plans, schedules and resourcing.
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies and status reports.
  • Lead day-to-day production schedules, budgets, call sheets and risk assessments.
  • Identify delivery risks and implement mitigation plans.
  • Build relationships with Creative Studio, Brand team and Channel leads.
  • Manage feedback loops, approvals and sign-off processes.
  • Ensure outputs meet brand standards and compliance requirements.

Job description

  • Own delivery of assigned projects, including assessing creative briefs, scoping and managing end-to-end creative and production processes, and ensuring final asset delivery is on brand, on time and on budget
  • Coordinate integrated asset production across film, photography, motion, digital, social, print and physical outputs
  • Manage and negotiate costs with third-party production partners where required
  • Translate complex creative and task briefs into delivery plans, schedules and resourcing requirements
  • Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependency maps and status reporting
  • Act as day-to-day delivery lead and maintain production schedules, budgets, call sheets, risk assessments and audit trails
  • Identify delivery risks, implement mitigation plans and elevate appropriately
  • Build relationships with the Creative Studio, Brand team and Channel leads
  • Manage feedback loops, approvals and sign-off processes
  • Ensure outputs meet Starling’s brand standards and legal, risk and compliance requirements
Requirements
  • At least 5 years experience in a Producer / Project Manager role within an in-house studio, agency or production environment
  • Solid understanding of creative and production processes
  • Demonstrable experience delivering and producing multi-channel creative projects and working with Creative teams
  • Strong project management capability, including managing timelines, budgets and dependencies
  • Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisations
  • Experience operating within structured, process-led or regulated environments
