Job summary

Go Live is seeking a hands-on live production professional to plan and execute live shopping streams from concept to wrap. You will build run-of-show docs, brief presenters, manage the live set, and analyze outcomes to improve each show.

You'll plan across multiple brand accounts, coordinate product orders and promo plans, and drive improvement through post-show insights and performance data.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in live production, content, or social/media operations.
• Calm under pressure and obsessive about details.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Producers are the engine room of Go Live. You'll own the planning and execution of live shopping streams from concept to wrap — building run-of-shows, briefing presenters, managing the live set and analysing performance afterwards so each show is better than the last.

What we're looking for

• 2+ years in live production, content, or social/media operations

• Comfortable with TikTok Shop, OBS/StreamYard, or similar live tooling
• Strong written and verbal communication

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Shop seller centre or live commerce platforms
• Background in e-commerce, broadcast or live events
