Job summary

North Six in London is seeking a Producer to join our production team, reporting into the Head of Production. You’ll own branded content projects from brief to delivery, collaborating with clients, directors, crew and post partners to bring high-quality creative to life on time and on budget.

This hands-on role rewards detail-oriented producers who balance creative ambition with commercial realities, manage budgets and schedules, source crews and locations, negotiate contracts, and ensure safety

Qualifications

• 4+ years' experience as a Producer in a production company or agency.
• Experience with branded content and fashion/beauty production preferred.
• Strong budget, scheduling, and vendor management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of branded content projects from brief to wrap.
• Build and reconcile production budgets and cost reports.
• Develop production schedules and shoot plans to keep on track.
• Source and book crew, directors, talent, locations and suppliers.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with freelancers and vendors.

The Role

North Six is looking for a Producer to join our London production team, reporting into the Head of Production. You'll take ownership of branded content projects from brief through to final delivery, working closely with clients, directors, crew and post-production partners to bring high-quality creative to life on time and on budget. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives on the detail of production while keeping sight of the bigger creative and commercial picture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end production of branded content projects - from initial brief and treatment through pre-production, shoot and post - for North Six's fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle clients.
• Build, manage and reconcile production budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on budget and accurately cost-reported at wrap.
• Develop production schedules and shoot plans, keeping all workstreams on track and flagging risks early.
• Source, brief and book crew, directors, talent, locations and suppliers appropriate to each project's creative ambition and budget.
• Negotiate rates and contracts with freelancers, suppliers and talent, in line with North Six's commercial and legal standards.
• Act as a key day-to-day point of contact for clients during production, managing expectations and communicating progress clearly.
• Manage on-set logistics and troubleshoot issues in real time, ensuring shoots run smoothly and safely.
• Ensure all productions comply with health & safety, insurance, licensing and other legal requirements.
• Oversee post-production, coordinating with editors, colourists, sound and other post partners to deliver to spec and on schedule.
• Maintain and grow a trusted network of crew, directors and suppliers, and share knowledge of new talent and techniques with the wider team.
• Support the Head of Production with resourcing, scheduling and continuous improvement of production processes across the slate.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

• 4+ years' proven experience as a Producer within a production company, creative or content agency, or in-house studio - branded content, commercials or fashion/beauty production experience preferred.
• Experience producing social content shoots; additional language skills in French, Spanish or Italian are preferred.
• A strong track record of managing production budgets and schedules, with excellent financial and commercial acumen.
• Confident negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple productions simultaneously and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Solid working knowledge of health & safety and production compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with confidence liaising directly with clients.
• An established black book of crew, talent and supplier contacts.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and calm under pressure.
• A genuine interest in fashion, beauty, luxury and lifestyle content is a strong plus.
