Overview

Producer — Based in our London office. The role requires you to lead the creation of CGI and live action promotional videos, CGI photography, key campaign visuals, and real-time 3D experiences. You will need excellent communication, organisational and problem solving skills, and the ability to work well under pressure with a forward-thinking approach. The right candidate will be a natural at building and managing strong client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be the point of contact for internal CGI, creative and post production teams on every aspect of a project, from initial briefing to final delivery.
• Offer guidance on the best way to make an idea happen; deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Lead production activities and manage relationships with clients and partners.

Qualifications / Desired Skills and Experience

• Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role.
• The ability to define client requirements, plan and resource a project accordingly with our creative and visual teams.
• Ownership at every stage of production. Strong eye for detail, ideas and opinions.
• Production experience; budgeting, negotiation, scheduling, hiring and setting up shoots.
• Post production experience, including editing, 3D production, compositing, motion graphics and music production; scheduling and supervising post-production work.
• Digital experience; delivering WebGL/HTML5 projects, CGI, Unity, AR and interactive content (also recommended).
• Excellent understanding of the post-production pipeline with the ability to estimate and plan accordingly.
