Job summary

A talent acquisition firm in Liverpool is seeking a Procurement Tutor. This role involves delivering CIPS training from Level 3 to Level 6, supporting learners, and developing training materials.   • Dedicated home workspace and motivation to work unsupervised.

Procurement Tutor

Responsibilities
  • Deliver CIPS Levels 3 (Advanced Certificate) through to Level 6 (Professional Diploma).
  • Support a small caseload of learners working within procurement, coaching them to improve their skills and knowledge.
  • Develop up‑to‑date training material using cutting edge procurement practices.
  • Conduct assessments of students’ work and provide constructive, concise feedback.
  • Report on individual learner progress and any areas of concern.
  • Work as part of a small but highly professional team of procurement tutors.
Qualifications
  • MCIPS.
  • Senior level procurement track record.
  • Experience delivering procurement training – coaching, mentoring, skills gap or induction training.
  • Exceptional presentation and written, verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent time‑management abilities.
  • Dedicated home workspace and motivation to work unsupervised.

Additional training qualifications are a plus. Salary will depend on procurement and training experience. Higher salary band requires previous experience delivering CIPS training as part of a formal qualification structure.
