• Extensive experience in procurement transformation at Director or senior leadership level.
• Experience in large, complex organisations within retail or FMCG.
• Strong skills in C-suite and board-level interaction.
• Expertise in digital procurement tools and process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the procurement transformation strategy.
• Develop and deliver a multi-year roadmap aligned with business strategy.
• Accountable for delivering EBITDA betterment.
• Design and implement a future-ready procurement operating model.
• Approve and deliver a digital roadmap including touchless processing.
