Job summary

Ageas is seeking a commercially minded and highly proactive Procurement & Third Party Manager to join our growing team. This role will manage IT, technology and business service supplier relationships from sourcing and contract negotiation through to performance management and governance.

You will operate with a high degree of independence, challenge stakeholders when needed, and drive cost efficiencies, supplier performance and compliance within a regulated environment.

Qualifications

• Strong procurement and sourcing experience, including IT and technology categories.
• Experience operating within a regulated Financial Services environment, with a strong understanding of third-party risk management, supplier governance, data protection, operational resilience and business continuity requirements.
• Proven supplier and third-party management expertise within IT
• Experience negotiating technology, software, cloud and managed service agreements.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end sourcing and procurement activities across IT, technology and business service categories.
• Manage a portfolio of third-party suppliers, including technology, software and service providers.
• Drive supplier performance, governance and service delivery.

Thisis an exciting opportunity for an experienced procurement professional who canconfidently manage technology and business supplier relationships from sourcingand contract negotiation through to performance management and ongoinggovernance. You'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our suppliers deliver value,innovation, resilience and excellent service to support key business andtechnology objectives.

This role requires someone who can operate with a highdegree of independence, while confidently challenging stakeholders when neededto achieve the right commercial and operational outcomes. Managing a portfolioof IT, technology and business service suppliers that underpin our day-to-dayoperations, you'll be responsible for driving cost efficiencies, managing risk,strengthening supplier performance and ensuring compliance within a regulatedenvironment.

You'll bring experience in IT procurement, supplier andcategory management, contract negotiation, third-party risk management andprocurement transformation.
