  • Coordinate procurement meetings, prepare agendas, capture actions, maintain decision logs and follow up with internal teams and suppliers to ensure timely closure.

  • Track procurement dependencies across workstreams, escalating delays, missing information or approval blockers to the appropriate programme or functional leads.

  • Support reporting on procurement status, upcoming commitments, aged actions, supplier responses, delivery milestones and commercial management activities.

  • Maintain controlled procurement documentation in approved repositories, ensuring version control, access requirements and information handling expectations are followed.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement management processes, templates, trackers and ways of working across the programme.

  • Ability to work in secure, governed or controlled environments where process discipline, auditability and information handling are important.

  • Proactive, pragmatic and delivery-focused, with the ability to identify gaps, escalating blockers and support timely procurement outcomes.

  • Experience working on UK government, defence, secure, critical national infrastructure or regulated programmes.
