Job summary

Muc-Off Ltd in Southampton is seeking a proactive Procurement Manager to lead a high‑performing team and manage supplier relationships across the business.

You will monitor forecasts, drive end‑to‑end sourcing, support cost reductions, and collaborate cross‑functionally on compliance, costing and distribution to enable sustainable growth.

The role offers a dynamic, cycle‑friendly environment with a strong emphasis on continuous improvement and cost efficiency.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement and supplier management.
• Adaptable and flexible across direct and indirect procurement activities.
• Energetic communicator who engages internal and external stakeholders.
• Proactive problem-solver focused on continuous improvement and innovation.
• Experience with SAP or another MRP system and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high‑performing procurement team; ensure stock availability aligns with forecast and demand.
• Drive cost savings through supplier negotiations, contracts, and end-to-end supply chain improvements.
• Enhance supplier relationships via QBRs and regular review meetings to secure favourable terms.
• Support a global sourcing strategy aligned with growth, cost‑effectiveness and supply chain efficiency.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally on technical compliance, costing, artwork, distribution, and procurement insights.
