Job Description

Procurement Specialist – Global Indirects / Technology Procurement – Financial Services Environment

London (Hybrid) | £45,000 – £55,000 + Excellent Package

A rare opportunity for an ambitious procurement analyst to join a globally recognised organisation operating at the forefront of financial services innovation. This is a role that combines global exposure, autonomy, and career acceleration; rare to find at this level.

Working within a high-performing procurement function, this individual will gain end-to-end experience across a wide range of indirect procurement categories, with a particular focus on technology procurement spanning software, hardware, IT services, and digital solutions.

What makes this role stand out is the level of ownership and visibility it offers. You’ll directly manage spend within key sub-categories, engage with senior stakeholders across multiple regions, and contribute to strategic sourcing initiatives that shape the firm’s global procurement model.

The position is perfectly suited to someone with indirect procurement experience (ideally with tech exposure) who is looking to fast-track their progression and build the foundations for a long-term, international career in strategic procurement.

Key skills and experience:
  • Strong background in indirect or technology procurement, ideally within a regulated or financial services setting.
  • Exposure to supplier management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to identify value opportunities through data and commercial insight.
  • Ambition, curiosity, and the confidence to operate in a high-autonomy, high-impact environment.

Join a global organisation where procurement is viewed as a strategic enabler and where your performance, ideas, and commercial drive will be recognised and rewarded.
