Job summary

Reed Procurement are recruiting a Procurement Specialist in Crawley to source materials, equipment and services for customers operating across international markets, and to manage end-to-end RFQs and supplier relationships.

You will negotiate pricing and terms, evaluate proposals, and coordinate with customers and internal teams to meet delivery requirements on global projects. The role is office‑based with a 37.5‑hour week and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Managing end-to-end procurement activities and supplier sourcing.

• Evaluating supplier proposals against technical, commercial and delivery requirements.
• Negotiating pricing and commercial terms.
• Managing supplier relationships and contract performance.
• Reviewing RFQs to ensure technical and commercial compliance.

Reed Procurement are delighted to be supporting a growing international organisation based in the Crawley area in the recruitment of a Procurement Specialist.

This is an excellent opportunity for a procurement professional with experience in international sourcing, supplier management and technical procurement. The role offers significant variety, working with customers and suppliers across global markets and supporting complex procurement requirements from initial enquiry through to successful delivery.

The Role

You will be responsible for sourcing materials, equipment and services for customers operating across international markets. You will manage multiple RFQs, negotiate with suppliers, evaluate commercial and technical proposals and ensure customer requirements are met in a professional and timely manner.

• Managing end-to-end procurement activities and supplier sourcing
