PROCUREMENT SPECIALIST - STRATEGIC PROCUREMENT REVIEW

Summer-Browning Associates is currently assisting our Central Government client, who is looking for a Procurement Specialist for an initial 6-month assignment.

Location: Reading - Remote/Hybrid

The ideal candidate will have an active SC clearance and a strong background in Public Sector Procurement, including the following skills and experience:

• Demonstrated experience in project management within Public Sector procurement/commercial operations.
• Experience in conducting a Strategic Procurement Reviews.
• A solid understanding of category management, tail spend, and delivery model assessment (DMA).
• Proficiency in Spend Aggregation and Market Maturity Assessments.
• Knowledge of the Procurement Act 2023 and the Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) 2015 is desirable.
