The Role

We’re looking for a Procurement Risk & Business Continuity Specialist to join us initially on 12-months fix term basis in our Belfast Office. As a member of our team, you will be working on a project for our clients and supporting their procurement team and supply chain.

Risk Management
  • Supporting the unit in identifying, assessing, and managing risks,
  • Advising managers on minimizing operational, financial, reputational, or regulatory risks,
  • Monitoring risk indicators
  • Collaborating on the implementation of risk management policies and procedures.
Project Management for the Business Continuity Framework
  • Developing, implementing, or updating the Business Continuity Management (BCM) system,
  • Coordinating Business Impact Analyses (BIA),
  • Planning and testing Business Continuity Plans (BCPs),
  • Ensuring the company can maintain or quickly restore key processes in the event of a failure, crisis, or incident,
  • Reporting on project progress and related risks.

This role requires the legal knowledge to take instructions from our Clients, take appropriate action and serve as an escalation point on issues for more junior team members. It’s no small task!

  • Legally eligible to work in the country this role is based
  • Minimum of 4-5 years' experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Regular client-facing experience;
  • Good commercial awareness, working directly with business managers;
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite - especially Microsoft Word;

As a member of an ISO Compliant center, the candidate will be required to follow the policies and procedures on Information Security Management System in place at the Center of Excellence and globally at Factor.
