The FSC Group Bristol Innovation Centre (BIC) in Flax Bourton seeks an Operations and Procurement Team Manager to lead day-to-day operations and procurement within FSC’s UK Agile business, while managing the team’s activities and performance. You will personally source ingredients, packaging and finished products, negotiate with suppliers and distributors, and align procurement with FSC’s strategic goals.

The role combines hands-on sourcing with people management in a fast-paced consultancy

Qualificações

• Educated to UK Level 5 or equivalent qualification.
• Full driving licence in possession and valid to work in the UK.
• Right to work in the UK is required.
• Preferred qualifications in People Management or Project Management.

Responsabilidades

• Stakeholder and Project Delivery: build relationships, identify risks, and ensure delivery of the critical path in an Agile setup.
• Source ingredients, packaging and finished product; negotiate with suppliers, manufacturers and distributors.
• Develop customer and market insight and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
• Lead the Operations and Procurement team with clear objectives, coaching, and performance reviews.
