Job summary

Inprova Group is seeking a Procurement Officer to support compliant procurement activity for public sector clients and consultancy projects. You will help maintain procurement records, manage supplier information, and assist with tender processes from planning to award.

The role is remote with occasional UK travel. You will work with experienced consultants, ensure governance and audit trails, and help deliver transparent procurement under the Procurement Act 2023.

Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract management, or business support roles.
• Maintaining registers, databases, trackers, and management information.
• Understanding procurement governance and auditability.

Responsibilities

• Support compliant procurement activity across public sector and regulated environments.
• Assist consultants in delivering procurement exercises under the Procurement Act 2023.
