Positions: 2 available – 1 permanent full time, 1 12‑month FTC part time (22.2 hrs per week)

Location: Surrey or Sussex – hybrid working, one day onsite per week

Salary: circa £40,000 per annum

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead procurement activities, including pre‑market engagement, tendering, evaluations and contract management.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure their contracting needs are met.
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies for sustainable commercial success.
  • Prepare financial analyses and forecasts to identify cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance with procurement legislation.
  • Coordinate the collection and analysis of key data to measure performance against contractual outcomes.
  • Participate in contract negotiations to secure value for money.
  • Represent the organisation in national and regional projects.
Candidate Requirements
  • Minimum of one year experience in managing tender processes in a public sector or similar environment.
  • Commitment to achieving MCIPS status.
  • Strong analytical skills related to spend baselines, benchmarking and benefit tracking.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and relationship‑building abilities.

  • Full UK driving licence required for travel.
