Procurement Manager (12 month maternity contract)

Hemel Hempstead (Hybrid – 3 days a week in office)

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional keen to make an impact. At Haven, we want you to drive sourcing and procurement activity across non‑category managed areas. You'll work closely with teams across the business to deliver great value, reduce compliance risk, and enhance both guest and team experiences. Your work will directly support our EBITDA goals while ensuring safety, service, and innovation remain top priorities. Your Opportunity

• Build and nurture strong day‑to‑day relationships with key suppliers, working closely with the Head of Procurement.
• Spot and drive opportunities to simplify how we work, reduce costs, and improve value‑making things better for our guests and teams.
• Play an active role in shaping our procurement strategy as a valued member of the team.
• Partner with stakeholders across the business to review spend and contracts, always keeping our brand and guest experience front and centre.
• Lead the way on sourcing, negotiating, and managing supplier partnerships – helping deliver great value and support our goals on savings and efficiency.
