A leisure company is looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to drive sourcing and procurement activities. This 12-month maternity cover role, based in Hemel Hempstead, requires significant experience in procurement, especially in leisure or hospitality settings. The candidate will shape procurement strategies and manage supplier relationships, ensuring value and efficiency while supporting team and guest experiences.

Procurement Manager (12 month maternity contract)

We are looking for an experienced procurement professional keen to make an impact. At Haven, we want you to drive sourcing and procurement activity across non‑category managed areas. You'll work closely with teams across the business to deliver great value, reduce compliance risk, and enhance both guest and team experiences. Your work will directly support our EBITDA goals while ensuring safety, service, and innovation remain top priorities. You’ll also help implement and manage key supplier contracts, always with a focus on continuous improvement. If you’re excited to shape the future of holidays in the UK, we’d love to hear from you.
