The role will suit a procurement professional with strong public procurement knowledge in education or the public sector, and a track record of strategic impact, collaboration with finance, and delivering compliant, value-driven procurement outcomes.

We are seeking to expand our central team and appoint a suitably experienced Procurement Manager to lead on the development of a CAT-wide Procurement Strategy that drives long term value, sustainability and efficiency.

The post would be suitable for an established procurement professional with a strong understanding and knowledge of public procurement in Education or the wider public sector and a passion for strategic impact, innovation, and delivering outstanding outcomes.

In collaboration with senior operational and finance colleagues, the Procurement Manager will lead the development of a high-quality, compliant, and value driven procurement function across the CAT and take ownership of the development and implementation of the CAT's procurement strategy.
