Our Role

This is a pivotal position within the business, reporting directly to the leadership team. The Procurement Manager will oversee procurement operations and supply chain performance within a complex, fast-moving manufacturing environment.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring supplier quality, process efficiency, and cost:effective sourcing, while leading a small team and working closely with production, operations, and planning teams.

This is a hands:on and strategic role, perfect for someone who enjoys combining tactical delivery with long:term improvement initiatives in a dynamic SME setting.

Key Responsibilities

• : Manage end:to:end procurement processes and contracts
• : Oversee and develop two direct reports across purchasing and production planning
• : Lead supplier performance management, ensuring high standards of quality and reliability
• : Drive continuous improvement through KPI tracking and data:led decision:making
• : Foster strong relationships with key suppliers across the UK and EU
• : Work closely with internal teams to enhance scheduling accuracy, lead times, and cost control
• : Report directly to leadership , maintaining visibility of procurement performance
