RBW Consulting is seeking a Procurement Manager to join a leading global biopharmaceutical organisation in the UK. This role focuses on indirect spend, professional services, and contingent workforce management within a hybrid UK framework.

You will partner with stakeholders to develop sourcing strategies, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships, and deliver measurable value through strong procurement practices in a regulated, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in indirect procurement and strategic sourcing across categories.
• Experience with professional services and contingent workforce spend.
• Strong supplier relationship management and contract negotiation skills.
• Record of delivering cost savings and measurable commercial outcomes.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Degree qualified or procurement qualification preferred (CIPS advantageous).
• Experience in Life Science domain would be advantageous.

• Develop and execute procurement strategies across indirect spend categories.
• Lead supplier sourcing, selection, negotiations, and contract management activities.

A leading global biopharmaceutical organisation is seeking an experienced Procurement Manager to join its growing procurement team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded procurement professional to lead sourcing and supplier management activities across a range of indirect spend categories, with particular focus on professional services and contingent workforce solutions.

About the Role:

You will partner with key stakeholders across the business to develop sourcing strategies, manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and deliver measurable value through effective procurement practices.

This role offers significant exposure across the organisation and the opportunity to influence procurement strategy within a highly regulated, fast-paced environment.

• Degree qualified or relevant procurement qualification preferred (CIPS advantageous).
• Experience in Life Science domain would be advantageous
