Job summary

Reckitt is launching a 12-month Procurement Graduate Trainee Program designed to accelerate your growth and empower you to make a real impact. You will work within the global procurement team, collaborating with Marketing, Manufacturing, HR, Logistics and Finance to deliver value beyond cost and support sustainability and digital transformation initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor degree in Procurement or related field, fluent English, and a willingness to travel internationally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Procurement, Supply chain, Business, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
• Availability for 12 months starting in Sept 2026.
• Willingness to travel and work internationally.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Category Development – supporting sourcing strategies and category planning.
• Supplier Partnership & Innovation – engaging with external partners to negotiate and foster collaboration.
• Risk & Market Analysis – leveraging market intelligence to anticipate trends.
• Performance & Value Delivery – tracking KPIs and driving continuous improvement.
