Job Summary:

The Materials Management Team handles soil testing, waste classification, sourcing suppliers, and negotiating rates for land removal and material supplies, including aggregate, topsoil, concrete, and tarmac. This role offers an opportunity for career development within Ecofficiency.

You will be responsible for providing services within a geographical area, building relationships with suppliers and colleagues to ensure procurement accuracy, competitive pricing, and customer satisfaction.

Typical Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Procure waste management solutions and site services, obtaining multiple quotes for competitive purchasing.
• Ensure supplier compliance with industry standards and SLA adherence.
• Generate sales quotations, follow up, and negotiate rates to secure orders.
• Assist in tender preparation, collaborating with sales teams to protect margins and satisfy clients.
• Build effective relationships with internal and external contacts.
• Maintain and update customer data and interactions.
