Procurement Coordinator

Location: Filton, full-time onsite

Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5 days, flexible between 7am-7pm)

Pay: £22.43/hr (PAYE) or £30.00/hr (Umbrella)

Security Clearance: BPSS+ (completed by Airbus Security)

Travel: Occasional

IR35: Inside

About the Role

Are you passionate about procurement and ready to play a key role in digital transformation projects? Join Guidant Global as a Procurement Coordinator and help drive the success of the Digital Design and Manufacturing Services (DDMS) and Lean Project Lifecycle Management (LPLM) initiatives. You'll work closely with procurement, commercial, and supplier teams to ensure seamless project delivery and effective communication across all stakeholders.

What You'll Do
  • Coordinate and support procurement activities for major digitalisation and modernisation projects.
  • Manage project tasks and supplier deployment of new processes and tools.
  • Monitor supplier performance using KPIs, dashboards, and project plans.
  • Support risk management by identifying and helping mitigate supplier risks.
  • Facilitate supplier pilots, tests, and reviews, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Maintain clear communication with project, procurement, and commercial teams.
  • Prepare reports, briefings, and updates to keep everyone aligned and informed.
  • Foster team engagement to maximise motivation and project success.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in procurement, supply chain, or administration—especially in manufacturing.
  • Strong project planning and supplier management skills.
  • Familiarity with logistics flows, ERP/MRP systems (SAP experience preferred).
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of regulatory and quality requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage and influence at all levels.
  • Proactive, positive, and collaborative approach to work.
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, change‑driven environment.
  • Google Suite experience is a plus.
