A leading nonprofit organization in the UK is seeking a Procurement and Contracts Manager to manage the vendor lifecycle, ensuring rigorous procurement practices and effective contract management. This role involves driving cost savings through commercial negotiations, overseeing onboarding processes, and implementing automation solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in procurement and vendor management, excellent project management skills, with a focus on enhancing operational efficiency.

We’re seeking a strategic and hands‑on Procurement and Contracts Manager to professionalise and manage the full vendor lifecycle across Blue Light Card. You’ll be responsible for establishing consistent procurement standards, centralising contract oversight, and plugging current process gaps around due diligence, commercial negotiation, renewals, and contract termination. You’ll influence senior stakeholders to ensure the procurement process is run effectively and take ownership of inventory management, ensuring efficient control of virtual stock levels and implementing automation solutions to drive scalability and efficiency.
