Job summary

H&Z is seeking a dynamic Consultant in London to deliver cost improvement initiatives across procurement categories, support transformation programs, and help implement procurement technology.

You will work in a hybrid London office with client sites, contribute to tender processes, supplier negotiations, and spend analysis while developing your consulting skills through mentoring and structured training.

Qualifications

• A good degree in procurement, supply chain, economics or business.
• Placement experience in procurement/consultancy.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Perform spend analysis and market research.
• Develop sourcing and category strategies.
• Manage tender and e-auction processes.
• Support supplier negotiations and supplier relationships.
• Contribute to process improvement and digital transformation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Prepare presentations and proposals.
• Leverage H&Z and AI tools to streamline tasks.
