Job summary

DAC Beachcroft LLP is seeking an ambitious solicitor to join our Commercial & Procurement team in Leeds, focusing on complex public sector projects across health, education, transport and more. Qualifications

Qualified Solicitor with experience in commercial, public sector or infrastructure practice.
Demonstrated ability to draft and negotiate complex contracts for public and private sector clients.
Knowledge of UK public procurement law and procurement processes, and ability to advise on strategic service delivery.

Responsibilities

Draft, negotiate and advise on complex commercial contracts for public and private sector clients.
Advise on outsourcing, managed services, technology, facilities management and service delivery arrangements.
Support public sector clients on major transformation and infrastructure projects; advise on PFI/PPP lifecycles.
Provide pragmatic, risk-based advice balancing legal risk with delivery objectives.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and assist with business development.
